The design featured two MG 151 mm cannons mounted on either side of the cockpit, similar to the He162 Salamander configuration. Initial propulsion specifications called for a single Argus As 014 pulse-jet engine, though performance analysis revealed insufficient thrust. Development explored multiple alternatives: dual Argus As 014 units, a Walther 509C rocket motor (as used in the Me263), and a Jumo 226 pulse-jet variant. Construction utilized wood for aerodynamic surfaces and aluminum for the fuselage and primary structural components. Four Schmidding rocket boosters were arranged circumferentially around the rear fuselage—similar to the Bachem Natter Ba 349—enabling autonomous takeoff capability via wheeled trolley. Landing employed a retractable skid with fixed wingtip protective skids. This 1/32 scale model captures the experimental aircraft's distinctive configuration.
