FAQs about our toy figures

What does it mean if a product is “In Stock At Warehouse”? 

While most of our figures are available at our Broadmeadow store, some items are only available via our shipping warehouse. Warehouse items generally ship in the same timeframe as our in-store products. 

Can I preorder upcoming figures?

Yes! At Frontline Hobbies, we know how quickly the latest figures and collector's items can sell out. We accept pre-orders for any upcoming figures listed on our website. Just click “Pre-Order Now” and then head to your cart to checkout and purchase your items. We’ll notify you when your toy figures are ready for pickup, or ship them straight to your door! 

Can I see your figures in store? 

Yes! We have a huge range of figures available to look at in-store, excluding items that are only available at our warehouse. Simply head in-store and chat with one of our friendly staff. We’ll help you find your figurine of choice! 

The figurine I want is sold. What should I do?

If your item is out of stock, we recommend clicking the “Notify Me” button on the product page. Simply enter your name and email address and we’ll send you an email as soon as your item is back in stock. 

If you need your item urgently, we recommend calling us at 1300 4 HOBBY or contacting us online. We’ll check the availability of your item and give you an estimated delivery time if it’s available to order. 

Do you stock diecast models?

Yes! We stock a massive range of diecast models ranging from cars to aircraft, bikes, military vehicles and pop culture models. Plus, our entire range is available online! 

What are Nendoroid figures?

Made by Japan's Good Smile Company since 2006, Nendoroid figures are a beloved line of collectibles in the anime, manga and video game fandoms. Distinct for their 'chibi' or 'super-deformed' style, these figures feature oversized heads and small bodies, giving them a unique and adorable appearance. 

Standing about 10 centimetres tall, Nendoroids are known for their high level of articulation and customisation. They come with interchangeable parts, including faces with different expressions and character-specific accessories, allowing for a wide range of posing and display options. 

Despite their stylised design, these cute mini figures are meticulously detailed and crafted from high-quality materials, making them highly collectible. They cover an extensive range of characters from diverse genres, appealing to a broad audience of collectors. 

Can I change the poses of my figures?

No, most of our figures are designed to stand in the same pose and cannot be repositioned. This means you won’t be able to adjust their arms, legs or facial expressions, depending on your figurine of choice. 

However, many of our Gundam model kits can be rearranged in different poses and positions such as our High Grade 1/144 scale Gundam kits.
