Very Fire 1/350 scale USS Cleveland light cruiser plastic model kit. USS Cleveland was the lead ship of the Cleveland-class light cruiser designation and namesake of Cleveland, Ohio, representing the second naval vessel to bear that name. Construction commenced at the New York Shipyard in 1940. Combat engagements included the Battle of Rennel Island, the action off Villa Stanmoor, and operations at Bougainville Island throughout 1943. The 1944 Mariana Islands campaign followed, with post-war service including transport operations for Allied prisoners of war returning from Japan until deactivation in 1947. The vessel received 13 battle stars and the Navy Expeditionary Medal for World War II service. Injection-molded construction with integrated photo-etched details and decals. Full hull configuration.
