In 2015, Yamaha launched the latest model of the YZF-R1 with a new concept that focused on making it more suitable for circuit racing. The range includes the YZF-R1M, which incorporates Yamaha's extensive MotoGP expertise to offer superior performance. This bike is powered by a 998cc 4-cylinder engine that delivers 200hp and is equipped with advanced electronics that provide exceptional support to the rider. The bike features a data logger and Communication Control Unit (CCU) that record lap times and course information. Additionally, carbon fiber body cowls enhance the bike's performance. This highly refined motorcycle has now been added to Tamiya's 1/12 Motorcycle Series.
