The Mazda RX-7 is a classic fan favorite among drift event enthusiasts. It was popularized by such movies as Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and the well-known animation series Initial D. Originally released on the Tamiya TT-01 chassis platform, the iconic body style now sits atop the updated TT-02 Drift Spec chassis.. .The TT-02 chassis on which this Mazda is mounted on is an amazing machine. The TT-02 chassis is an entry-level 4WD full independent suspension assembly kit that offers ease of assembly and easy maintenance. The TT-02D is the Drift Spec variant that includes special parts to make it a fun to drive drifting machine.

This is an R/C model assembly kit depicting the 3rd-generation (FD3S in Japan) RX-7, recreating the stunning body in lightweight and durable polycarbonate.

Features such as the low hood and smooth fenders are captured with aplomb, while separate parts depict light cases, side mirrors and rear wing.

Adaptable & Balanced TT-02 Chassis Drift Version Enjoy the thrill of drifting with this specially tuned drift spec version of the TT-02 chassis.

The chassis also features drift spec parts such as 24mm width drift tires (paired with stylish matte-finish metal-plated wheels), and CVA shock units on the 4-wheel double wishbone suspension.

Full ball bearings, an aluminum motor heat sink, and a sport-tuned motor come as standard.

Of course, the chassis retains the original TT-02's excellent drivability, ease of maintenance, and adaptability.
