Description This is an aircraft set made of injection-plastic or other materials for use with ship models or in airfield dioramas. Here's a set of prototype carrier-based aircraft that were used in the latter half of World War II! In the latter half of the war, the Japanese Navy's main aircraft carriers were being deployed with new and improved aircraft. Carrier-capable fighters had begun to be replaced: from the Zero Fighter Type 21 to the Type 52, Aichi D3A to Comet Bomb, and Nakajima B5N to Tianshan Attack. These aircraft took part in systematic operational actions during the Battle of the Philippine Sea. Five different aircraft are included, with a total of 16 models: a carrier-capable fighter, bomber, attack aircraft, reconnaissance aircraft, and special attack aircraft. These aircraft are suitable for aircraft carriers such as Zuikaku, Zuiko, Ryuho, Unryu, Amagi, Katsuragi, Shinano and Hayataka.
