To keep the pin firmly in place, each clevis comes with a piece of silicone tubing , which acts as a safety keeper and prevents accidental disengagement during flight. For maximum flexibility, the package also includes a threaded coupler that works with .032" (0.8128 mm) wire or .047" (1.1938 mm) wire when using the DU-BRO #921 coupler. These couplers can be soldered or glued with CA , making installation easy for builders of all experience levels. Extra clevis pins are also included in the package, and replacements are available separately as #918 .
