The most powerful model in the history of the Countach The Lamborghini Countach 5000QV was released in 1985.

It was bored and stroked to 5.2 L and given 4 valves per cylinder.

The carburetors were moved from the sides to the top of the engine, which created the maximum speed 295㎞/h.

Front spoiler, over fender and rear wing were mounted.

In 1988 the engine was replaced with fuel injection system.
