The model that I want is out of stock, what should I do?

If your desired product is marked as out of stock it may still be available to backorder. This means you can pay for your product now and we’ll ship it to you once it becomes available. To place a backorder, simply click the “Backorder” option on your product of choice. The item will be placed in your cart for you to purchase. We’ll place an order with our suppliers and keep you posted on time frames for shipping. 

If you’d rather order your item when it’s available in-store, hit “Notify Me” on the product page, enter your name and email, and we’ll let you know when your next sci fi model is back in stock. 

How much does shipping cost?

We ship our full range of sci fi toys Australia wide at $9.95 flat-rate shipping in all metropolitan and urban areas. Spend over $150 and your order may qualify for free shipping depending on its size, weight and contents. 

We know how agonising it is to wait for your new sci fi toys. That’s why we offer speedy delivery with orders being dispatched within 24-48 hours. Depending on your product, we’ll ship your order using Australia Post or by couriers including Toll, Fastway or TNT with electronic tracking. 

For local customers, we also provide free click and collect at our Broadmeadow store for online or phone orders.

Yes! 

You may need additional accessories to assemble your new kit. Luckily for you, we stock a huge range of adhesives, tweezers, cutting tools and other accessories perfect for bringing your brand new model to life.
