Laybys require a 20% deposit and are valid over a two month term. Once the two month term has expired, a $5 monthly storage fee will be added at the beginning of each consecutive month. If the layby reaches 6 months, you will be contacted and given 7 days. If the layby is not paid off or other arrangements made after the 7 days, your layby may face cancellation and forfeit of the 20% deposit. Laybys can be cancelled. Cancellations will incur a fee of up to $30.
