These items will be subject to normal shipping charges by Australia Post or courier.

Free shipping is not available for orders placed with Frontline Loyalty Discounts or other discounts and specials.
Click & Collect
Your order will be ready for collection at our shop from 10am the day after you place your order.
If you need to collect your order sooner than this, please contact us directly to organise another time for collection.
Please pick your order up within 1 week of placing it.
You will need to provide ID for all pick ups.
If someone else is picking your order up on behalf of you, please contact us with their name as they will also need to provide ID.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
During checkout you will be provided with 4 shipping options. These are explained below:
Standard shipping is with Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers or TNT Express Couriers.
Standard shipping with transit insurance is with Australia Post eParcel, Fastway Couriers or TNT Express Couriers but also includes insurance for your order, should it go missing or get damaged in transit.
Express shipping is with either Australia Post eParcel or TNT Express Couriers. Express Shipping generally costs 50% more than Standard shipping however your parcel will be tracked automatically. Please be aware that if you place your order before 3pm there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped the same day that you placed it. Please note - this option is not always next day delivery as some areas are not in the Express Zone.
Express shipping with transit insurance same details as express shipping but including insurance for your order, should it go missing or get damaged in transit. Please note - this option is not always next day delivery as some areas are not in the Express Zone.
Please note: We highly recommend that you include transit insurance with your shipping. For the sake of a few extra dollars, your item is insured against any damage or breakages during transit. Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for products shipped without transit insurance.
If you are sending dangerous goods, please read the information below.
When will my order arrive?
We like to get your items to you as quickly as we can, so items are generally shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your order. During peak times, such as Christmas we suggest allowing an extra day for the item to be dispatched.
As for when you will receive your order, this will depend on delivery times to your area. For standard shipping to most east coast metro areas, allow 1-3 working days, allow at least 2-5 working days for rural areas. Dangerous goods can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
You can find out more information about delivery times by visiting the Australia Post website.
Signing for deliveries
All our parcels require signature upon delivery. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the item will be available for collection from your local post office.
You can expect an email with all of your tracking information on the afternoon that your parcel is shipped.
You’ll notice the following inventory status’ used across our website. Here is the full explanation of what they mean:
In Stock Now – item is currently in our store and available for immediate dispatch to you!
Temporarily Out of Stock – this item is not currently in store but can be ordered. Place your order with us online and we will request the item from our supplier. In most instances these items are delivered to us within 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 4 weeks. If you require the item for a specific date, please contact us via email to confirm an estimated arrival date.
On Back Order - Items on Back Order are currently on order with our suppliers. In most instances back ordered items are usually in store within 1-4 weeks. If a Back Ordered item becomes unavailable for some reason we will advise by email as soon as known and offer any available substitutes or full refund. Please email for an estimated time of arrival ("ETA") if a product you would like is on backorder.
We love to get the latest products in store and occasionally will provide you the option to pre-order items yet to be released from some suppliers – such as Biante and Classic Carlectables. But please know prices are subject to change. We do allow pre-orders with quantities of more than one, but to be fair to all customers, we only fill one per customer and then will fill any orders of more than one if we have excess stock.
Unfortunately we can only take online orders from customers within Australia. If you are an international customer please contact us by email (email@example.com) and we can assist you with any purchases you would like to make.
Dangerous goods include anything combustible, that is: fuel, spray cans, compressed air cans, Alclad lacquers and rocket engines.
Australia Post will not accept dangerous goods, therefore they must be shipped via Courier using the Dangerous Goods Shipping option. If there are any additional charges for your order we will contact you before charging.
Couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box and please allow up to 2 weeks for the delivery of dangerous goods.
Please note that due to new legislative requirements, we cannot ship model rockets engines to South Australia.
