Bronco 1/35 German 7.62cm Pak36 Anti-Tank BRO-35056
The German advance into Russia during 1941 and 1942, brought a great deal of captured equipment, one of the more useful items was the M1936 76.2mm F-22 Divisional Gun. However the anti-tank performance of the F-22 was inferior to that of the 7.5cm PaK40, and so it was decided to re-bore the F-22 to accept the more powerful German ammunition of the PaK40. The PaK36(r) had a modified recoil system and the gun controls were moved to the left side of the barrel. A split-trail carriage was used on the towed guns, and many others were vehicle mounted, such as the Marder II (PzKpfw II) and Marder III Pz38(t). In all at least 560 guns were converted, from 1942 to 1944, and up to 894 barrels for use on SPGs.
