The FPV Race Wing phenomenon is catching on like wildfire across the globe. Initiated by Immersion RC, the impressive Blade® FPV Manta race wing was brought to the Blade development experts to deliver outstanding performance thats user friendly. The result is an FPV-ready airplane that flies incredible whether soaring with the birds for sport or scorching through race gates at 90 MPH. Construction with Z-Foam material and carbon-fiber reinforcement allows an elegant structure to be created thats lightweight, durable and easy to maintain. Fully integrated flight components such as digital servos, AS3X® stabilization technology and a Castle Creations speed control combine rock-solid flight control with outstanding power. The Immersion RC FPV-ready system installed is Fat Shark 5.8GHz headset compatible for an outstanding view with long range. Under the quick-release top-hatch is a special compartment for your mini HD-video camera. The high-output brushless motor accepts 3S or 4S Li-Po batteries to suit mild or wild flying styles. Delivery
DELIVERY: On-line orders are important to us and in-stock products should be shipped within two business days of receiving the order. If there is reason we cannot ship in this time we will contact you for any change in instruction.
Orders are shipped by either Australia Post, TNT, Toll or Fastway Couriers, please understand these services operate Monday to Friday as a general rule. We have electronic tracking via the carriers but cannot divert goods from the original address given.
Some items such as rocket engines and RC fuel require additional charges due to “Dangerous Goods” category.
Returns
If your product has been incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we may arrange correct shipping.
Any returned product will need to package and forward to us for a refund or credit. You must make sure that the returned product is suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged whilst in transit back to us.
Frontline Hobbies offers Transit Insurance of your product at time of purchase. Transit Insurance is limited to damage to a product in transit to you.
We note that Frontline Hobbies takes no responsibility for any product shipped without Transit Insurance. Frontline Hobbies’ responsibility ceases at time of despatch of the product.
We will test all products returned to us within 7 working days of receipt. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing and this may take longer than 7 days. If we, or the manufacturer, determine that the product is defective, we will replace the product or issue a credit for the original purchase price of the product and associated freight costs.
You are responsible for all costs associated with return of the product to us and we will not pay or reimburse any associated costs. We recommend that products returned by post be sent by registered or certified mail. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.

Its lightweight Z-Foam™ airframe features impressive durability to handle bumps or bruises. Take advantage of built-in AS3X® stabilization and SAFE® technology for the comfort of envelope protection and self-leveling for a confidence-inspiring flight experience. The high-output brushless motor accepts 2S Li-Po batteries to suit mild or wild flying styles, and the 150mW VTX provides crisp, clear video in any environment. Bind-N-Fly® Basic completion level means all you have to do is simply add a 2S 280mAh battery and bind it to a compatible Spektrum™ transmitter.
SAFE® Technology Equipped Fight Modes
The F-27 is equipped with Horizon Hobby’s revolutionary flight control software, SAFE® Technology, allowing you to control your flight experience at the flick of a switch. The F-27 is outfitted with multiple flight modes making wing racing easy even for the first time pilot.
- Launch Mode: Provides self-leveling and a 10-degree rate of climb at full throttle. This makes launching a wing less difficult even if you are already in the FPV goggles. Just toss like a paper airplane and add full throttle. SAFE® technology takes care of the rest. No more awkward launches ending in a crash.
- Experienced Mode: Gives the pilot full control of the aircraft for high-speed racing and only stabilized with AS3X®.
25 mW Video Transmitter
The F-27 is equipped with the Spektrum™ 25mW video transmitter which is miniscule in size and more than enough for FPV exploring.
170 Degree Wide Angle FPV Lens
The camera is equipped with a wide angle lens allowing you to see the next obstacle with ease.
Brushless Motor Power
The 3000Kv brushless motor onboard delivers blisteringly fast speeds and is mounted to a fast disconnect mount allowing you to upgrade your motor in the field.
Indoor and Outdoor Capable
The size and flight characteristics of the F-27 give it the ability to be flown outdoors in spaces like backyards, smaller parks, and even indoor spaces like a basketball gym. SAFE technology and the brushless power system also allow this wing to handle light winds outside without issue.
Magnet Hatch
Quick-disconnect magnet hatch makes accessing the video transmitter and electronics, and swapping a battery quick and simple.
Linear Servos
High-torque micro linear servos drive the elevons for locked in control. Guards over the servo linkages provide increased aerodynamics and durability in a crash.

A Great Scale Model Plane
The Clipped Wing J-3 Club from E-Flite is the ideal scale aerobat. Slightly smaller than the 450-size E-Flite J-3 Cub, this model is constructed from a lightweight, all-wood structure. The Cub has great scale detail, much like the E-Flite Fokker, and is finished with an UltraCote ParkLite covering. The Clipped Wing comes with a painted cowling featuring engine detail. The exposed cylinder heads are also included in this scale model which allow for better cooling with air intakes on the front of the dummy cylinders. The wheel pants are also streamlined and come with wire landing gear, which is covered to replicate the full-size plane. The tail surfaces are factory installed and the control surfaces are completely hinged. Additionally, the wings can attach to the fuselage with scale wing struts that enhance the strong, lightweight structure. Please note that this plane comes almost-ready-to-fly, so there are several items you will need to complete the model. Please refer to the What You Need section below for more details.
