Online Ordering

Items on Back Order are currently on order with our suppliers. In most instances back ordered items are usually in store within 1-4 weeks. If a Back Ordered item becomes unavailable for some reason we will advise by email as soon as known and offer any available substitutes or full refund. Please email for an estimated time of arrival ("ETA") if a product you would like is on backorder.

Please note some items may appear to be in stock, however, in some instances, extremely low stock levels could result in a zero stock level at that time. We are constantly stocktaking however discrepancies are bound to occur.

“Available to Order” are products not currently in stock however listed as available to order from our suppliers. These items will be ordered after receiving a customer order. The usual lead time is 1-4 weeks however the ETA varies on the supplier. Some items will be in store overnight, others coming from overseas may take several weeks, please email for a confirmed ETA if required by a certain date.

We offer the option to pre-order items yet to be released from some suppliers such as Biante, Classic Carlectables, however, prices are subject to change and you will not be charged until the item has arrived into the store. We allow these items to be pre-ordered with quantities of more than one but we will only fill one per customer and then will fill the orders of more than one if we have excess stock.

Payment will be processed at time of order.

We operate a Secure Site with 128 bit security encryption.

We accept all major credit cards including American Express and Diners.

Don’t have a credit card?

We also accept Direct Deposit into our National Australia Bank account or Money order. These options will be made available to you on the checkout page.

Rarely, prices may not be current or valid. This may be due to technical problems or a sudden change in supplier pricing. If you have a query about a price, please don't hesitate in contacting us via phone or email.

All information is expressed in good faith as correct, however mistakes may occur due to human typing error or allocation. In all instances we reserve the right to correct any erroneous information as soon as it becomes evident to us.

The offer to trade is a two way treaty and both parties have to be satisfied to finalise the sale.

Goods and Services Tax ("GST")

All prices listed on our website include GST of 10%

International Order are exempt from GST and GST will be removed from the order at time of processing

Lay By

We accept Laybys in our store.

A minimum of 20% deposit is required. Please email us for our full Lay By terms and conditions

Delivery Options

When submitting your order you will be given the option for Standard or Express Shipping.

Standard shipping is with Australia Post.

Express shipping is with either Australia Post or a courier such as Star Track Express. Express Shipping costs 50% more than Standard shipping however your parcel will be tracked automatically.

Transit Insurance

Frontline Hobbies offers Transit Insurance for your product at time of purchase. Transit Insurance is limited to damage to a product in transit to you. We unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for products shipped without Transit Insurance. Our responsibility ceases at time of despatch of the product for products shipped without Transit Insurance.

When to Expect your order?

We aim to pick, pack and send all available products within 24 hours of receiving your order. During peak times please allow for 1-2 days. As for when you will receive your order, this will depend on delivery times to your area. For most east coast metro areas allow 1-3 working days, allow 2-5 working days for rural areas.

Dangerous Goods

Dangerous goods include anything combustible, that is: fuel, spray cans, compressed air cans and rocket engines. Australia Post will not accept Dangerous Goods therefore they must be shipped via Courier with the Express Shipping option. Please remember that a courier cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Free Freight Conditions

Free freight applies to orders placed online only. 

Free freight applies to in-stock items shipped with a dollar value of AU$150.00 or more.  Back ordered items may incur a freight charge on despatch.

The following items are specifically excluded from the free freight offer and subject to normal freight charges by Australia Post or courier:

• Doll Houses both flat packed and ready built
• All train layouts
• Any item requested to be sent via express post
• Dangerous goods such as aerosols
• Items shipped outside Australia (International Orders)

We reserve the right to add freight charges on bulky items, however you will be contacted prior to shipping for freight quotation and acceptance prior to shipping.

Free freight is not avaliable for orders placed with Frontline Loyalty Cards or Membership Discounts.
